Gazpacho : Step-By-Step Recipe

Gazpacho is a refreshing chilled soup made from ripe tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and garlic, making it a perfect dish for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation Steps
